A Revolutionary Oral Health Toothbrush

I have been using a new toothbrush to help with a damaged tooth that I have and I want to let people know about this far from ordinary toothbrush. It is called a Soladey-eco Revolutionary light activated Ionic Toothbrush and it is amazing.

The Ionic toothbrush contains a photosensitive titanium dioxide rod. When exposed to light and water, the rod releases ions which effectively disintegrate dental plaque. In fact all you need when brushing is light (sunlight being optimal) and water. While brushing make sure that your light source is reaching the back of your teeth. The brighter the source of the light, the more effectively the brush works as shown by foaming of your saliva. The toothbrush can last a lifetime is used correctly.

Here is some more information about it:

  • Scientifically proven to remove more plaque than an ordinary toothbrush

  • Acts as a natural anti-bacterial

  • Head replaceable every 2-3 months

  • Environmentally friendly: no electricity or batteries required

  • Ideal for travel and outdoor use

  • Use with your favorite mouthwash

  • Child and pet friendly

If you have not yet read my blogs on The New Silver Solution then you should to learn more about oral health and keeping your teeth is good shape. I combine my Ionic toothbrush with Bionic Dermal Gel for maximum results of oral cleanliness.

Wondering how to get yours? Just ask.

An Exhilerating Experience!

My friend Adam and I have been talking recently about doing something outdoors that will give us some exercise and help us to relax. What I'm about to share with you is not for everyone. If you are claustrophobic then this is probably something that you may never do. I still recommend everyone to try it though. It is called "spelunking."
I was telling Adam about the time I went a few years back and we are going to go within the next month. Spelunking is an activity also known as caving. It is where you crawl, climb, rappel and journey through tight crevices and tunnels deep into a mountain. We are very blessed to only live 2 1/2 hours away from the beautiful Rocky Mountains. We will be travelling to Canmore, Alberta to a place called Grotto Mountain to experience the Rat's Nest Caves.

The first time I went was with my Dad and it was awesome. We hiked for about 45 minutes up the mountain to get to the entrance of the cave system. From there we began our journey to the "Heart of the Mountain." The Heart of the Mountain, as our tour guide liked to call it, is a big rock that looks like a human heart located about 600 feet into the caves. It has been formed by thousands of years of dripping water wearing away the rock. As the water drips on it it looks as if the rock is pumping like a heart. It was a breathtaking site. Getting to this point is the hard part.

To reach our destination we had to venture through many tight spaces and sometimes we wouldn't even know which way was up. The cool part about it though was that you could crawl through an extremely tight tunnel going for 20-30 feet and then reach a rooms with 50-100 foot ceilings. These rooms within the caves contain hundreds of mineral formations, some over 300000 years old. We even got to do a 60 foot rappel into a black hole.

This is such an amazing experience and I'm really exciting to go again. For anyone who has ever been to the Canmore/Banff National Parks in the Rocky Mountains then you know how breathtaking the trip is, for those of you who haven't you must go. If you are interested in taking on the Rat's Nest Cave then i recommend checking out this website for more information. It WILL be an experience like no other.

Surgery Online?

Hi Everyone,

I'm hoping to find out if there are any websites out there where an orthipedic surgeon can view your files and give you a consultation on an injury.

I have injured my shoulder in 2006 and just got information back from my recent MRI and I have a lapriel tear deep in my shoulder. This injury leaves me in alot of pain on almost a daily basis. The surgeon I have been referred to cannot see me until Sept 29, 2009.

I want to know if anyone is aware of a place where i can send my file to get a quicker response as to what my next step will be.

Thanks for the comments.

Colonix???

I'm looking for some information about the product colonix from Dr. Natura, the global leader in cleansing and detoxification. I have researched the website and seen all the gross pictures of what is coming out of peoples bodies and it all sounds great. I want to know though if any of you have tried this product and if you felt healthier after using it.

I was talking with a friend about getting the product and he said that the stuff that it helps your body pass is stuff that is essential to us. Is this true. I'm looking for some information from someone who has directly used this product so I get get some first hand answers as to whether it is a good product for myself and my family to use.

Fun Idea for a little Bit of Exercise

Getting a bit of exercise and spending times with friends is always beneficial. It's nice to be able to get out the house and take part in activities that many people can play. Since I was in high school an activity my friends and I enjoy is to play hackey-sack.

If you are unfamiliar with a hackey-sack it is a small, round, sewn bag that is filled with anything from rice to beads to sand. It is meant to make contact with different parts of the body and to have a little bit of bounce to it. It can be played alone or with a large group. By moving around and bending yourself to hit the sack with different partsof your body, gives you a good cardiovascular workout as well as helps to allow the body to become more flexible.

There are many games that can be played while using a hackey-sack. One of my favorites is called elimination. The object of the game is to set a limit within the group and go around the circle. Everyone in the circle must hit the required number of "hacks" if they wish to continue playing and everyone that doesn't is eliminated. My friends and I had an intense round of this one night and got up to about 160 hits. This is a very tiring workout. Please comment if you have any good games that can be played.

Since most people work during the day, here is an idea if you want to get together and play at night. Find a school or business parking lot that leaves their lights on. You can play all night and can usually be as loud as you want because there usually aren't many houses around. This is a bonding time that my friends and I do quite often and recommend it to anyone.

A New Best Friend?

The discussion has been happening for sometime now between my girlfriend and I about getting a Saint Bernard. My girlfriend Amanda really wants to get a Saint Bernard but my views have been severely tainted by Hollywood. Are these dogs as gross as people are meant to believe? Please comment so i know what I'm getting into if I surprise her with one at Christmas time.

I have heard that the Saint Bernard is a very loyal and loving breed. The bad part about this is that they make you fall in love with them and then they pass away. Is it true that they have one of the shortest life spans out of any dogs?

What about the mess? Do they really drool buckets all around the house? Are they prone to making a tasty snack out of your DVD rack? And what about shedding? Alot of dog hair kinda makes me crazy and my closet is full of black clothes.

The main reason that I am considering a big dog like a Saint Bernard is because Amanda just lights up everytime she sees one. I love her with all my heart so I'm willing to learn to love a big messy dog if it makes her happy. I want to make sure that we aren't making any decisions that would be bad for the animal.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Doing Things You Love Can Be Very Healthy

I don't know about you but I absolutely love roller coasters. I think it is something I get from my Dad because he is addicted to them as well. I had been planning on going to Six Flags in California since I was a little kid and last September Amanda and I were in California to visit Mickey and his gang but I knew I was not going to miss the Tatsu roller Coaster at Six Flags if it was the last thing I did. I have prepared myself by watching videos of this crazy coaster online up until the day we left. It was quite the mission to get there and experience one of the most intense days I've ever had.

Our travel agent had set our itinerary so that we were going to Six Flags on our second last day. Fortunately we found out a couple days before going to the park that they were closed on that day. We had to change all our plans just to make it to the park. We were staying in Newport Beach so I rented a car to drive to Six Flags. I must say that this was not the easiest drive through Los Angeles. I live in a city of 80000 people so we aren't that big. It was quite an exciting experience to do alot of big city driving.

Anyways, we made it and were lucky enough to have gone on a day when noone else did. We didn't wait in line once for the whole day on every ride. When I finally saw the Tatsu my heart almost jumped through my chest.

The Tatsu is 3,602 feet of blazing track. Aboard the wings of Tatsu, you'll fly at speeds in excess of 62 mph through 263 feet of deep plunges, huge spirals and sharp dives that send you flying through the Park's mountainous terrain. I couldn't believe it lets you soar above, around, and through the park. They say it gives passengers the sensation of flight and whoever said that wasn't lying. The seats are designed so you are hanging facing the ground like you would be if you were in a hang-glider. It was custom built for Six Flags so it's one of a kind.

This is by far the best roller coaster that I've ever been on and I recommend anyone and everyone to check it out if you ever get the chance. Those of you that have already been know what I'm talking about. I can't wait to go back.
